Remember the feeling of waking up when you had an long and restful night sleep? How amazing is it! You should get that feeling more often.

Focus on what is within your area of control.
With so much uncertainty in the air it is only natural to feel anxious and concerned.
Unfortunately, there are many things that we can’t control but focus on what you can...yourself.
