A very successful 1st swim sess with athlete ID today. What does success mean? For ID, it was a > 10% reduction in their 100 meter time which by any measure is pretty damn good. Looking forward to the next sess but I can't guarantee another 10% reduction ;)

If Withdean unavailable, use the next best thing and use Preston Park velodrome for a run interval session. They've even got 5m markings & 10m text so you know where you are in the effort
