I was just going through my usual morning reading, half asleep, not expecting much.

Then I came across something from @injective that genuinely made me sit up.

By July 18, six federal agencies are legally required to finalize the stablecoin framework under the GENIUS Act, one year after it became law.

That's not a maybe, that's a deadline written into legislation.
The six agencies locked into this are:

🏦 Federal Reserve
🏛️ Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (O.C.C.)
🔵 Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (F.D.I.C.)
🐄 National Credit Union Administration (N.C.U.A.)
💵 Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (C.F.P.B.)
🏢 Treasury Department

That's not any working group, it's the entire financial regulatory architecture of the United States moving in the same direction at the same time.

And here's the part that stopped me cold.

Clear federal standards for stablecoins aren't just a compliance checkbox, they're the foundation that everything else in onchain finance actually settles on.

Without a real rulebook for those dollars, the entire ecosystem is building on uncertain ground.

What makes this even more interesting to me is that @injective already clears its onchain markets in regulated stablecoins today.
