In Public sector banks...

Those staffs who are efficient and workohlic are being overloaded in branch...

And those who are useless ...actually free have no responsibilities... Like our Union leaders...

In Public Sector first draw the line of performance...

There is no performance criteria and can't be created.. as every Branch deals with different set of customers, Business..

Performanced Linked Pay..

[WeBankers™ @WeBankersTm]

@WeBankerss Digital India ka kamaal hai. Digital India with many loopholes in the system making vulnerable customers data to hackers and Fraudsters due to lack of education, security, firewall

[Newton Bank Kumar @idesibanda]

#CongressManifesto says they will make PSBs independent Commercial Bank.. and that after merging to 8-9 banks? Clearly #Privatization

A Banker won't vote Either @BJP4India or @INCIndia for sure.

@WeBankerss

[Newton Bank Kumar @idesibanda]

@Monikavyas2011 @RahulGandhi @INCIndia @ahmedpatel @narendramodi So what about they done with @IDBI_Bank ...Even they are not with clarity... And back stabbed Bankers..

[Newton Bank Kumar @idesibanda]

#CongressManifesto exacts words for PSBs

They will review of governance structure of PSBs & change to make independent Commercial Bank.

Please don't vote @RahulGandhi till they remove #Privatisation of Public Sector Banks in @INCIndia manifesto.
