@EE Can no one email my account that is registered with EE. I can’t even access the EE app as for some reason even after typing my password in you still need to text me a code which kind of makes the password useless. I am not able to get to a store as I’m loosening at moment

@EE hi I recently ordered a replacement sim from you but can’t activate it as I can’t call you as the sim isn’t active, I also can’t access my online account to do it as it’s texting me a passcode but I can’t access my number as the sim isn’t active. Can someone help please

@EE I don’t have another phone unfortunately to do that, and I can’t access the live chat as you wont let me log onto the app without the code you text even though I’ve put my password in. I dont have an active sim to receive code
