I guess I won't be walking to vote this morning - haha. #deercreek. Peak height at this location was 21.5FT in 2020 and last measurement at 7 AM was 22.5FT - that's a new record!

To his credit, most essays they have you write in school are super boring. I always found them intolerable - and most students were just doing some version of ChatGPT to spam reasonable sounding sentences to hit the minimum number of pages.
Nobody ever told me that writing is a skill worth honing once you have something to say, to spread an idea or persuade, or clarify your own thinking. This made enjoy writing more as I discovered this in my 20's.
For this purpose, using the fewest number of words/sentences is best to be clear, whereas in school they accidentally taught us to be verbose to hit a minimum page requirement.
