Hi @AAMI, what do you consider a reasonable time to assess a MV claim? The quote for my claim was submitted on 14th September, it is now 25th September and I haven't heard from you. I live 115km from the nearest major town so there is no public transport and I have no car.

@stationmum101 Board election for me, they have a better understanding of the work being done. Members elect Board members, who elect President, if members are not happy with President they should become more actively involved with Board, either by communicating or stepping up.
