We’ve gone beyond Web3 basics, now we’re learning how to build real products on @avax

Our @Team1NG Developers' BUIDLCAMP in Lokoja was an eye opener.

We learnt:

- How to build a Layer 1 blockchain using @AvaCloud
- How to use Avalanche Academy to grow as a dev or Web3 Believer hyped about @avax
- And did live demos using @coe and the testnet faucet

It was a practical and hands on experience. No long talk, we actually built.

Thanks to @OxSmiles_ and @Melvin_oshiole for the Presentation delivered on Blockchain Fundamentals and AGI: The Future of Autonomous Innovation/Intelligence, respectively.

This is just the beginning. We’re excited for what’s next.

Meet Kieron. 💜

A title tells you someone’s role. Getting to know them tells you so much more.

Today, we’re putting a face to the leadership behind Tippikl and giving Kieron a little appreciation of his own.

Building a business takes commitment, patience, and plenty of work that never makes it onto the feed.

Kieron, thank you for everything you put into Tippikl.
We’re proud to be building alongside you.

What happens when AI creativity meets crypto payments? 🔺

@makooor is exploring that intersection, giving users tools to turn ideas into images, videos, and character-driven stories.

But here’s another interesting layer to it👇

@CreativityEngr @avax @CharlesSchwab Avalanche’s growth is happening across multiple fronts

The next big opportunity is turning this momentum into more builders, more useful products, and wider everyday adoption. 🔺

[Usman Adk🔺 @CreativityEngr]

From a $13T financial giant recognizing Avalanche as a leader in RWAs to new L1 launches, real world payments and growing adoption, @avax had a busy week across the ecosystem.

here's what happened:

🔺 @CharlesSchwab, a financial services giant with over $13T in client assets, identified Avalanche as a leader in RWAs and institutional blockchain use cases, highlighting its custom L1 infrastructure and financial activity.

🔺 @is_realx launched its mainnet as a dedicated Avalanche L1 for real world assets, introducing infrastructure for tokenized stocks, U.S. Treasuries, bridging and asset issuance through the RealX ecosystem.

🔺 Research from @zerohashx and @AvaLabs found that 62% of surveyed banks expect blockchain technology to become standard infrastructure within the next two years.

🔺 Marquette University Athletics joined @uptop_xyz on Avalanche, letting fans earn tickets, merch and experiences through everyday purchases.

🔺 @PodsFinance introduced Pix support on Avalanche, making it easier for users in Brazil to access the ecosystem through local payments.

🔺 @YourGrails officially opened its platform to everyone following its closed beta, expanding access to onchain collectibles, pack openings, battles and racing experiences on Avalanche.

Avalanche has the technology. 🔺

But how do we get more developers to actually build on it?

I’m always curious to hear from builders: what made you choose Avalanche, and what would make you stay and keep building?

Invite me to Spaces where topics like this will be discussed.

Morning and happy Sunday!

I got woken up this morning by my 5 year old reading the New Testament.

He wasn’t reading it perfectly. Not even close! But he was trying.

He knew he wasn’t getting it right, and it didn’t make him give up. It made him keep going. No getting annoyed, no frustration. He was doing it because he loved it.

There’s a lot we can take from that as adults.

If you’re doing something you enjoy, don’t give up at the first sign of difficulty. Keep going.

What’s the one thing you’re not giving up on right now?
