@rbc after 16+ hours on hold incl a disconnect and two system outages over 4 days with #rbcrewardstravel, the flight we needed to change to was full. Heads up: the call centre is _inbound_ only. They do not have permission to call u back.

@RBC another chapter to our saga of trying to contact w #rbcrewards travel.. After being disconnected and never called back, tried again and the agent had computer trouble and could not help us. We are now at 12+ hours waiting for help and once got SO close it hurts #avion

Try 6.5 hours, finally got connected and then @RBC disconnects and never calls back. Even though they have a callback number.

When I was much younger, I would comment to my boyfriend at the time that we needed to get out of the sun because we’d get age spots and wrinkles. And he would say “It’ll be fine, we’ll just get resurfaced when we’re older.” I hope he’s been saving up, lol.
