It’s just a big chunky mound of beef with onions,bell peppers and Cheese…
My grandmother cooked this once a week when I was a kid.
Now my wife makes the loaf and I smoke it in the Smoker!
This pairs great with mashed potatoes and brown gravy!
What would be a good side dish for this in Japan?
