Building AI tools that save professionals 10hrs/week โข Shipped: LinkedIn Profile Analyzer (free) โข CTO โข Dad shipping products between diaper changes
i've been testing the new Higgsfield MCP connector to generate ALL our google ads creatives inside a normal Claude project
and results have been absolutely INSANE
so i've decided to document the ENTIRE system...
covering the setup, workflow, and ready-to-run templates to generate visuals for shopping, display, demand gen, shorts, and long-form youtube ad campaigns in SECONDS inside Claude
here's what's included inside the guide:
> 3 paths to connect Higgsfield MCP to Claude
(Claude Cowork, Claude Code with JSON config, Python for automation)
> phase-by-phase workflow:
product photography โ video generation โ asset organisation > campaign deployment
> 10 animation templates
covering supplements, pet care, skincare, fitness, collagen, and home goods
> batch generation prompt
builds a full asset package in one session
> the prompt feedback loop
turning one winning format into 40+ proven variants
> monthly calendar:
week-by-week production schedule to sustain creative velocity
all backed by everything i learned after generating $20M+ for ecom brands at my google ads agency.
and for 24h, it can be ALL yours for free
like + comment "GUIDE" and i'll send it over
(must be following + RT for priority access)
Asked Claude Code to add a context progress bar to the statusline.
Usage spiked 4%.
For a progress bar.
Either I accidentally requested a distributed operating systemโฆ or something weird is happening with token usage / Opus 4.7.
@bcherny worth checking?
after 15 years of managing engineers, here's what i know about AI replacing devs: it won't. but it will replace devs who refuse to change how they work. the ones who treat AI like a junior dev on their team will outship everyone still doing it the old way.
the irony of being a CTO who builds an AI content tool but couldn't figure out what to post himself. that's not a bug. that's the product insight. the best tools come from people who felt the pain so hard they had to build their way out of it.
hot take: the best AI engineers in 2 years won't be the ones who learned AI. they'll be the ones who already understood the problem deeply and just added AI as a tool. domain expertise ages well. prompt tricks don't.
