@keyboardwren Multiple vax strategies = good. Moderna & Pfizer are the same (mRNA) strategy. J&J vax is traditional strategy and efficacy is good (maybe not as good as Sputnik). mRNA efficacy is CRAZY high; new tech that is either really good or misleading 🧐
