NBC News’ Kristen Welker: “If President Trump’s agenda is so popular, why do Republicans need to add additional seats to the map?”
VP JD Vance: “Why have Democrats gerrymandered their states aggressively over the past 10-20 years… Massachusetts, where 32% of the residents of Massachusetts voted for Republicans. ZERO Republican federal representatives.”
“All we’re doing, frankly, is trying to make the situation a little bit more fair on a national scale.”
Nearly 60% of Nebraskans voted for Donald Trump. In CD-3, it was over 76%.
So why is Secretary of State Bob Evnen’s name missing from the official RNC Presidential Ballot Certification?
Instead of the Secretary of State, we have a deputy, Wayne Bena, signing the line. Nebraska is an outlier—the ONLY state where the top election officer refused to personally sign the RNC Ballot Certification for President Trump. 🚫✍️
Who's really running the SoS Office?
Was Evnen "busy"?
Public records show that on Aug 29, the day this was signed, Bob Evnen was right here in Lincoln chairing a Records Board meeting at 9:00 AM. He was physically present.
It appears Evnen wanted to make sure his name was nowhere near President Trump's @POTUS@realDonaldTrump
He chose a "buffer" over the 60% of Nebraskans who demanded this certification.
If our Secretary of State is too "busy" to sign for the people’s choice, maybe he’s too busy to hold office. 🌽⚖️

The 1871 Act Theory: Proponents believe that an act passed by Congress in 1871 turned the US into a corporation. They argue that all presidents after Ulysses S. Grant—the 18th president—are illegitimate CEOs of this corporation, not constitutionally elected leaders.
Reverting to Original Form: The theory holds that if this "corporate" structure is overturned, the government would revert to its pre-1871 state, making Trump the next legitimate president, often cited as the 19th.
