Warning: if you try to terminate your @optimum account, they will keep you on the phone for as long as possible trying to keep you from actually terminating. If the call gets disconnected (even from their end), they will not cancel your account as you asked.

@OptimumHelp Why am I getting billed for service from 4/16/23 - 5/15/23 when I cancelled on 3/16/23? 🤔 To add insult to injury, y'all even charged me AGAIN for HBO Max and a modem (neither of which I use), which was one of the reasons I switched to AT&T.
