i don't blame him
but imo his tactics don't help at all.

things like CBs taking goal kicks, passing out from the back even after conceding because of mistakes while doing so
changing centre half at half time for absolutely no reason
leaving goal threats in gregory out of the squad
letting byers leave to play palmer instead
i could go on with things he does that I don't like, but that doesn't change anything. I'll back him while he's manager, but things need to change everywhere in the football club. Off the pitch, on the pitch, it's shocking.
