@virginmedia we are experiencing glitching on some channels such as ITV2, ITV3, E4, & Sky Sports Main Event that we know of. Tried turning box off and again and checked cables which hasn't worked π₯Ί

@RoyalCaribbean@Kristi34492962 At the very least you should be offering everyone who booked this & cancelled their previously purchased Internet packages the chance to reinstate the cancelled package. You messed up and now people are going to be out more having to rebook. So unprofessional
@RoyalCaribbean please advise ASAP regarding the Premier Pass that was offered earlier? Cancelled my Internet package after booking the Premier Pass and now I'm hearing we are all going to be issued with refunds. I will be out more money to rebook the Internet package. Not amused
