Good/clean art/visuals (stuff should be visible properly or colors, able to be differentiated/seperated or broken down into individual stuff, not too messy or heavily dependant on vfx) (if there’s effects involved then it with & without preferably)

Clean turnover sheets (front, back, sides or isometric views with different angles, stuff that matters is that its good to refer/used to model properly)

Good labelling and well arranged text if there’s involved (balanced arrangement, no long walls of text or just paragraphs covering the sheet “more than the visuals”)

Props with seperate views if there’s any involved (for better look/understanding)
