Just A few years ago he was a fine speaker and probably would've annihilated Trump in this election, but now he can barely string together 2 thoughts and that's why his team doesn't let him speak hardly ever.

Biden has had several brain surgeries. Trump may be fat and diabetic but at least his brain functions
