@marksandspencer bought this light up candle to use for christmas. it hasn't even lasted to the 8th, it's gone so quickly, but more worrying the side is melting! Only saw today when wax got even lower, luckily was nearby to notice.

@SharkHomeUK and @VeryHelpers please could you decide how I am supposed to get a replacement hair dryer. You don't seem to agree. So far Shark making sense and Very refusing to follow what Shark say should happen. I just want a hairdryer again instead of unwashed hair 😢
@VeryHelpers hello I need to speak to someone about a faulty shark hairdryer. Shark have given me a ref to prove the fault and stated U should get a new product or refund. U called earlier and lady in customer service hung up on me after insisting I sent it to you
@marksandspencer It's ok, strangely was emailed to my Mum, i used a gift receipt to exchange something in the same transaction so I presume linked to her sparks somehow

@VeryHelpers Hi, I am trying to speak to someone today about a Fitbit I our based in March, it is possibly faulty as not syncing, turn off randomly. Today had the wrong time on, slow giving phone notifications. However number I was told to call tells me you have a technical fault
