THE CONSEQUENCES HAVE ARRIVED -
US ARMY STOPPING “SMUGGLING” OF OIL BY INDIA’S MODI GOVERNMENT
MESSAGE TO THE INDIA’S MODI REGIME:
SMUGGLING IRANIAN OIL; EXPORTING FENTANYL; ORCHESTRATING ASSASSINATION PLOTS; AND DEFYING THE US SANCTIONS
The United States under President Trump is watching Modi’s India, and the mask has completely fallen off.
India can summon American diplomats, but the Indian government’s diplomatic theatre cannot hide the Modi regime’s global lawlessness and transnational terrorism.
What happened near the coast of Oman this week is the direct and inevitable result of the Modi regime running a “Global Criminal Enterprise” with defiance.
Let’s call a spade a spade. Smuggling is the right word.
The international community needs to understand the truth: India’s Modi government is running a “Global Criminal Enterprise” that stretches from illicit oil smuggling and exporting fentanyl to orchestrating transnational assassination plots against Khalistan Referendum organizers on foreign soil.
India’s Modi has become the face of transnational repression, believing he can operate entirely above international law.
I. Illicit Maritime Smuggling and Sanctions Evasion
Under the guise of global trade, India’s shadow fleet of ships was caught red-handed illegally transporting Iranian crude oil, directly financing rogue entities, and openly violating international laws and U.S. embargoes.
Modi’s India thought it could run this illicit shadow fleet with total impunity.
But the United States under President Trump has a clear and unyielding rule: if you try to bypass U.S. sanctions and fund forbidden regimes, the U.S. military will strike.
That is the rule, and that is exactly what happened in the Gulf of Oman.
The precision missile strikes on these tankers are a direct, undeniable message to the Modi regime’s illegal networks.
II. Transnational Trafficking of Controlled Fentanyl Precursors
Official intelligence assessments have formally identified India as a premier global supplier of illicit fentanyl precursor chemicals, functioning as a primary manufacturing hub feeding transnational narcotics cartels. Federal criminal indictments have been unsealed against pharmaceutical executives operating out of major Indian industrial centers.
Indian corporate entities were intercepted conspiring with cartels to transport raw synthetic opioid ingredients, deliberately executing fraudulent customs declarations by mislabeling lethal chemical compounds as commercial commodities to evade border security enforcement.
III. Extrajudicial Assassination Plots Against Khalistan Referendum Activists
From the sovereign territory of Canada to the federal jurisdiction of New York City, the Modi regime has deployed covert state agents and contracted hitmen to extrajudicially stop Khalistan Referendum political dissidents, assassinating Shaheed Hardeep Singh Nijjar and attempting to assassinate Gurpatwant Singh Pannun.
Modi Government stands formally indicted in United States federal court for conspiring to assassinate SFJ General Counsel Pannun on American soil, acting under the explicit, documented direction of senior government officials in New Delhi.
Furthermore, multilateral intelligence findings from the Five Eyes alliance have exposed an institutionalized mandate within the Indian security apparatus to track, target, and physically eliminate Khalistan Referendum organizers across Europe and North America.
Modi’s India — “Consequences have arrived” — that is the message from the United States under President Trump.
No amount of diplomatic posturing or summoning envoys will change the fact that the Modi regime’s global criminal operations have finally hit a wall.
@SaskLass@Warrior9Singh Hi fellow Canadian, put your emotions aside and think critically, enlighten yourself as to what is happening in Canada, india is invading politically and economically.Stand with the Sikhs because they are the only ones pushing back against the indian invasion.Sikhs are not indian
BREAKING: 🚨
India is planning a preemptive strike!!!
Pro Khalistan Sikh supporters are warning that attempts could be made to tarnish the movement by falsely portraying it as violent or extremist.
The narratives linking the broader Sikh community and the Khalistan movement to violence have been used in the past and fear similar tactics (Kanishka Bombing) could be employed again.
The Khalistan movement has millions of supporters who engage through political advocacy, peaceful assembly, and democratic expression. Any effort to paint the entire movement as violent should be scrutinized carefully. We will not allow India to defame Sikhs again.

41st Year of Air India Flight 182 Bombing Tragedy
Indian Intelligence Claims Khalistanis Abroad Are Planning a “Major Assassination, Hijacking or Kanishka-Style Bombing”
“Are Indian Proxies Planning to Target Diplomats or Air India Assets?” Questions SFJ General Counsel Gurpatwant Singh Pannun
Toronto: June 09, 2026: Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) has issued a “False Flag Terror Alert” to Canada and Five Eyes partners following Indian media reports quoting an Intelligence Bureau (IB) official claiming that Khalistanis abroad are allegedly planning a “major assassination, hijacking, or Kanishka-style bombing.”
The warning stems from an investigative report titled “The Big Diversion: Why Agencies Fear a Major Khalistani Strike Abroad,” which attributes the following statement to an Indian intelligence source: “The plan is to carry out either a major assassination, a hijacking, or a bombing on the lines of the Kanishka incident.”
According to SFJ General Counsel Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, “This is not intelligence. This is a pre-written criminal script. India is laying the groundwork to shift the blame before Indian proxies strike in Five eyes countries.”
“As the 41st year of the tragic Air India Flight 182 bombing approaches, Canadian citizens and public safety officials should take this intelligence leak as calculated narrative designed to shift blame ahead of a planned foreign terror operation”, added Pannun.
Pannun further questioned potential targets under this framework: “If a state-backed proxy operation occurs, who is the intended target? Will it be Indian diplomatic personnel — whom New Delhi repeatedly claims are under threat — or will civil aviation and Air India assets once again be placed at risk to simulate a historical precedent?”
SFJ submitted its intelligence brief directly to Canada’s Minister of Public Safety, the Honourable Gary Anandasangaree, calling on the Five Eyes security alliance to cross-examine Indian media outputs and deploy counter-surveillance protocols.
The security brief references recent CSIS reporting on proxy networks, transnational repression, and foreign interference frameworks deployed against diaspora communities. SFJ further alleges that local Indian diplomatic infrastructure is being leveraged to oversee these networks.
“High Commissioner Dinesh Patnaik and Consul General Mahaveer Singhvi are acting beyond recognized diplomatic boundaries. They are operating effectively as intelligence coordinators on sovereign Canadian territory,” Pannun alleged.
18 JUNE 2026 — 3RD YEAR OF SHAHEED NIJJAR’S ASSASSINATION:
Coinciding with the third year of the assassination of Hardeep Singh Nijjar on June 18, SFJ announced that it will hold a public “Citizen’s Court — Trial of Indian Diplomats” outside the Indian Consulate in Vancouver. The event will publicize allegations that Indian diplomatic personnel provided material logistics and intelligence tracking prior to Nijjar’s assassination.
“Sikhs For Justice maintains strict adherence to democratic self-determination through the ballot box,” Pannun added. “The ongoing Khalistan Referendum remains our singular mechanism to counter Indian Government’s ongoing assassination plots”.
Indo-American Singer DILJIT Takes Dig At U.S. President — Portrays Trump As A “Preacher of Hate”
Sikh Advocacy Group Launches “Cancel Diljit” Billboard Campaign In California Ahead of June 18-21 Shows
NEW YORK — During his AURA 2026 tour across the United States and Canada, Indo-American singer Diljit Dosanjh told audiences that President Donald Trump was the “sole source” of creating “global disruptions” before declaring that he and his team “preach love” for all.
A Washington-based human rights advocacy group, Sikhs For Justice (SFJ), stated that Diljit’s remarks portray President Trump as a “preacher of hate,” while the Indo-American singer, who is closely associated with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, presents himself as a “messenger of love.”
“President Trump has been involved in efforts to end multiple international conflicts and has taken a hard line against nuclear proliferation. Americans can judge for themselves whether that is preaching hate or exercising leadership,” stated Gurpatwant Singh Pannun , General Counsel for Sikhs For Justice.
The pro-Khalistan group stated that Diljit’s claim of preaching love rings hollow in light of his continued glorification of Indian actor Amitabh Bachchan, who have incited “Death Squads” to avenge the assassination of Indira Gandhi, resulting in the 1984 Sikh Genocide in which over 30,000 Sikhs were killed throughout India.
“While glorifying Bachchan, whose ‘Blood For Blood’ call resulted in 1984 Sikh Genocide, Diljit now seeks to present himself as a messenger of love.”
“Love is measured by actions, not stage speeches,” added Pannun.
SIKH ADVOCACY GROUP LAUNCHES “CANCEL DILJIT” BILLBOARD CAMPAIGN IN CALIFORNIA
Are You Ready To Answer MAGA In Los Angeles And San Francisco?
“After using his AURA 2026 stage to criticize President Trump while claiming to ‘preach love,’ Diljit will now face questions from MAGA, 1984 Sikh Genocide victims, and Khalistan Referendum activists.”
“Pro-Khalistan activists have launched billboard campaigns across California urging concertgoers to ‘Cancel Diljit’ and question his continued glorification of Genocider Bachchan.”

AFTER LEGAL MEMO TO PM CARNEY, KHALISTAN REFERENDUM ACTIVISTS STAGE
“DONKEY RIDE OF SHAME” FOR DINESH PATNAIK’S, Indian High Commissioner
“Only a donkey—not a diplomat—would dare to smear the very Canadian institutions responsible for protecting him.” Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, SFJ General Counsel.
VANCOUVER — Khalistan Referendum activists staged “Dinesh Patnaik’s Donkey Ride of Shame” following a legal memorandum submitted by Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) to Prime Minister Mark Carney demanding the expulsion of Indian High Commissioner Dinesh K. Patnaik and the termination of taxpayer-funded security protection for Indian diplomats and diplomatic facilities in Canada.
The Canadian Sovereignty Rally was organized in response to Indian High Commissioner Patnaik’s public remarks attacking the credibility of RCMP, CSIS, and Canadian journalism while continuing to benefit from Canadian taxpayer-funded security protection.
The memorandum to PM Carney calls on the Government of Canada to declare Dinesh K. Patnaik persona non grata and revoke the diplomatic accreditation of Toronto Consul General Mahaveer Singhvi.
SFJ General Counsel Gurpatwant Singh Pannun stated:
“Only a donkey—not a diplomat—would dare to smear the very Canadian institutions responsible for protecting him.”
“Patnaik’s attacks on RCMP, CSIS, and Canadian journalism cannot erase the fact that India’s Modi Government assassinated Shaheed Nijjar and continues transnational repression targeting Khalistan Referendum activists across Canada, the United States, and Europe.”
SFJ’s legal memorandum argues that Canadian taxpayers should not be required to finance the protection of foreign diplomats who publicly discredit RCMP, CSIS, and Canadian journalism while benefiting from the protection of those same Canadian institutions.
“The Carney Government must expel Dinesh Patnaik and revoke taxpayer-funded security protection for Indian diplomats who publicly undermine Canadian sovereignty, law enforcement, national security institutions, and Canadian journalism,” added Pannun.

CANADIAN SIKH GROUP’S MEMO TO PM CARNEY DEMANDS EXPULSION OF INDIAN HIGH COMMISSIONER DINESH PATNAIK UNDER VIENNA CONVENTION
OTTAWA — Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) has submitted a formal legal memorandum to Prime Minister Mark Carney demanding the immediate expulsion of Indian High Commissioner Dinesh Patnaik and Consul General Mahaveer Singhvi under Article 9 of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, citing allegations of interference in Canada’s internal affairs, attacks on Canadian national security institutions, and challenges to Canadian sovereignty.
SFJ’s memorandum states that High Commissioner Patnaik publicly described CSIS as financially and politically “compromised” and “paid” while dismissing RCMP investigations into the assassination of Hardeep Singh Nijjar as “fantasy.”
The legal memorandum to PM Carney argues that Patnaik’s conduct constitutes a violation of Article 41 of the Vienna Convention, which prohibits diplomats from interfering in the internal affairs of the receiving state. The memorandum further states that by launching what it describes as a public media campaign against RCMP and CSIS, Patnaik directly interfered in Canada’s judicial and national security affairs.
Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, SFJ General Counsel, stated:
“The credibility of Canadian democratic institutions cannot become collateral damage in Ottawa’s pursuit of trade normalization with India.”
“The Carney Government now faces a constitutional and diplomatic test: defend Canadian institutions or normalize their public defamation by Indian diplomats for trade agreements,” added Pannun.
According to SFJ, after facing backlash over his remarks regarding RCMP and CSIS, Patnaik is now attempting to shift responsibility onto Canadian journalism by claiming The Globe and Mail reported his remarks “out of context.”
Meanwhile in Brampton, scores of Sikhs For Justice and Khalistan Referendum activists confronted and intercepted Indian High Commissioner Dinesh Patnaik’s convoy while he was leaving an event attended by India’s trade delegation led by Minister Piyush Goyal and hosted by the Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce at Pearson Convention Center.
Khalistan Referendum activists led by Inderjeet Singh Gosal intercepted the Indian envoy’s convoy, shredded the Indian Tiranga, and raised slogans of: “Indian Terrorists Go Back!”
“The rally and symbolic convoy blockade were carried out in defense of Canadian sovereignty, democratic institutions, and public confidence in RCMP and CSIS against foreign state intimidation and interference,” stated Inderjeet Singh Gosal, Khalistan Referendum organizer who was recently offered witness protection by RCMP.
Patnaik’s remarks targeting RCMP, CSIS, and now Canadian journalism come at a time when approximately 150 Indian business leaders accompanying Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal are in Canada seeking expanded trade and business deals with Canadian partners.
“If Modi’s India perceives RCMP, CSIS, Canadian institutions, and Canadian journalism as compromised, then India should sever diplomatic and economic ties with Canada — because Canadian democratic institutions will remain long after political governments change every four years, stated Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, General Counsel for Sikhs For Justice, a Canadian and American citizen and target of the Modi Government’s alleged murder-for-hire plot.
Despicable individuals pretending to mourn the innocent lives lost knowing damn well that India was behind it all along.
These Indians make me sick to my stomach. You can see the BS right through them. 🤢

Canadians will not be intimidated by rhetoric attacking the integrity of our police and intelligence services.
We stand firmly with Canada’s law enforcement and security agencies. Any challenge to Canada’s sovereignty or democratic values will continue to be met through lawful, peaceful, and democratic protest.

“Singhs do not forget genocide. History does not bury instigators. And unfinished accountability eventually reaches those who glorified, amplified, and rehabilitated 1984 Sikh Genocide perpetrators.”
— Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, SFJ General Counsel
If Diljit’s own FATHER was BUTCHERED by “Death Squads” in 1984 (like my father) and
Diljit’s MOTHER was gang RAPED during the genocidal violence (like my aunts):
WOULD DILJIT STILL TOUCH BACHCHAN’S FEET — OR WOULD HE HOLD BACHCHAN’S NECK FOR ACCOUNTABILITY?
My name is Mohender Singh.
I am a survivor of the 1984 Sikh Genocide.
On 31 October 1984, outside AIIMS Hospital in New Delhi, Amitabh Bachchan gave the call that the “blood stains of my mother Indira should reach every Sikh household.”
Soon after, organized “Death Squads” flooded the streets raising slogans:
“BLOOD FOR BLOOD”
My father became one of their targets.
They tied my father to a pillar.
First, they removed his eyes.
Then they cut his body into small pieces.
My father was butchered to death because Bachchan incited the death squads with "BLOOD FOR BLOOD" Slogan.
After cutting into small pieces, there was almost nothing left of my father’s body.
My mother kept only my father’s hairs as the final remains. She preserved them until the day she died — carrying unbearable grief, trauma, and silence for the rest of her life.
For 40 years, I have lived with the memory of my father’s mutilated body and my mother’s endless mourning.
Now, when Diljit Dosanjh publicly reveres and rehabilitates Amitabh Bachchan — the man whose words are remembered by Sikh survivors as fueling the killings — it tears open wounds that never healed.
Every performance.
Every glorification.
Every public act of reverence toward Bachchan reminds me of my father’s butchered body and my mother crying over the hairs she saved because there was nothing else left of him.
That is why I filed this lawsuit against Diljit Dosanjh.
I will continue to fight so the pain of Sikh genocide victims is not erased, normalized, rehabilitated, or turned into entertainment.
