@RaminNasibov oh so many... lemmings on the amiga 500+ ... sim city on the win 95 machine, motocross madness on win 98 and then win2k/xp era unreal tournament (og) and a cs 1.6 with low gravity at lan parties.
I know I _should_ join local business facebook groups to 'network' but I've spent so long hiding people I disagree with and curating my feed ... I'm not sure I'm ready to polute my timeline
@Scav i switched to vscode ๐ฌ same markdown files, similar enough editing experience for what I do & the existential dread of a vscode plugin supply chain attack ... it's great-ish
anyone else watch the Google IO keynotes and feel a little sorry for the presenters at the lack of clapping when speakers paused? It gave strong Jeb Bush vibes
@theo as much as i dislike facebook, X would really benefit from emoji responses rather than just the heart and this is gold, a community note would only make it funnier to me
@Matt_AIIT Support is the hardest bit to plan for - when the platform, it's ai agent and support staff are available 24/7 it's builds that same expectation for Apps and Themes. Don't let any of that put you off though, I still recommend it 100% of the time for ecommerce.
@Matt_AIIT Go all in on the platform and it's ui elements & if it's on the storefront, embrace app blocks by testing on every free theme you can get. If distributing on the app store, you'll need/want a way to provide quick responses to support as the comments/ratings can be brutal!
@DanielSmidstrup In a world where we still joke about grandparents being unable to use a remote, I think I want to be the person people ask for help when they lack the confidence (or ability, or willpower, or time) to use the tools and trust the results!
@theo I'll stick with my codex and github subs ๐ codex with t3code and github in vscode new agents window ... though i'm only now realising i can auth opencode with github which i guess i can then also use in t3code. Well, there goes tomorrow's lunch break!
do people still use hastags? asking for a #developer friend (suprise, it's me). I want to know what everyone's not-so-secret side projects are? What ya'll cooking up now that AI turns ideas into prototypes (and beyond)?
