@juliarachelday I would try going out for a short test run with no fuel and see how you feel. Can always bring an energy drink for calories just in case. If u feel bad during or after then you might need to look at eating something light before you go.

Or promise yourself you’ll do 5 minutes and then leave if it’s awful. Then do a little more next time.
