@sarah_zrf@grassmannian @GreatBooksofth2 @spitfountain0 @halomancer1 this is actually rather delicate in TOP, but the idea is to suitably cover [0,1] and construct each transition function by hand using very specific bump functions. in DIFF, reduce to a principal bundle and construct a flow from the horizontal lift of the “time” vector field
@schnirlemann it sounds like you’re stuck in a rut. it seems like you may need to be brutally honest with yourself about your feelings to get an answer. it’s unclear to me if math undergirds your feelings or if it’s something else, so that may be worth exploring too.
@mathemensch as said below, legumes (lentils) are one of the better sources of plant proteins, but plant proteins have LESS bioavailability than animal proteins, for obvious reasons, so pound for pound you’ll have to accept you’re effectively getting less protein.
@mathemensch as a vegetarian lemme tell you, vegetarianism is nut a joke. you’ll be missing key nutrients so read into it a little too. you must secure B vitamins, among other things like protein, from non-plant sources. anyways try scrambling tofu with some veggies. super easy and filling.
@jackie_ess that’s how i felt on the first day, got worse the next two days and then i was way better but don’t make the same mistake i did, gotta drink a lot of water
