I have to be honest I'm feeling very good that I don't check Twitter (or indeed any other social feed) on a daily basis anymore. (Maybe weekly..?)

Now if I can just come up with that million pound idea to gain vast wealth then life will be going to plan... ๐๐ค๐
I truely appreciate & enjoy a little #chromebook
I've a 'main' @Windows laptop with a 17+ inch display I use for 'computing-work' but LOVE being able to reach under table to grab my Acer Spin 314 - 14 inch screen that turns on in seconds & is my go-to casual browsing device...
Just rememberd that I can install Android apps on my #Chromebook so can efectively have Threads on my desktop (pretty basic but on there non-the-less).
One step closer to getting rid of Twitter for good.... ๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ฑ
A touch-screen laptop (or for me; Chromebook) really does make interacting with certain sites a lot easier. We're in a funny era where even sites designed for desktop browsers are heavily button-orientated, presumably due to age-range they're targeting...

Hungover this afternoon but filled with joy over simple discovery that we are able to revert back to the older version of Tweetdeck on the web. Twitter feels much more comfortable again, like a comfy glove, being able to view two different account feeds via single page... ๐๐๐
I never thought it would happen but now I've got an up-to-date #ChromeOS device (Acer Spin 314) I actually find #Windows11 Phone Link app more usefull than Phone Hub on the #Chromebook !๐ณ!๐ฎ!
Weird eh...?
#whodathunkit#techcanbestrange
I've been setting up and messing with the Acer Spin 314 this afternoon and can confirm that a 14 inch screen (no matter the girth or weight) is too big to use as a conventional tablet. Just too unwieldy, too much screen to use for casual sofa-based web surfing... ๐คทโโ๏ธ
Genuinely looking for insightful feedback: I've quit my job of 5+ years due to abject hatred of the core principles of role. How do I find my raison d'etre? Fundamentally done customer service for over 25 years, different version of same old thing or something totally different?
Have to admit I've been very intrigued by the recent trailer for the #BlackBerry movie.
It also reminded me that the Amazon GR8 Pro is the perfect size for thumb-typing... ๐๐๐
Apart from tweeting about NFL, I don't really think I use Twitter half as much as I used to. My app of choice @fenix_app has stopped by 'Musks-Madness' so using much older app on phone & when this one dies I really don't think I'll bother having Twitter on my phone any more...
It's officially over.
No more Fenix on Android, iOS or macOS.
Fenix for iOS was suspended earlier today and I've removed it from sale.
I've had a great time working on these apps for the past 10 years and I'm very greatful for all your messages and support.
Here's my most frivolous purchase for quite a while; shipped from the U-S-of-A, @roku Voice Remote Control Pro.
Do I need it?
No.
Have I coveted it ever since I knew it existed?
Hell yes!
Does giving myself a silly little gift as I'm back to work help my mood?
Guess... ๐
I really enjoyed Twitter for a long time as pretty much anyone had a chance of finding me / my tweets / something I was connected to or had tweeted about. I understood Masatadon & others like it as a walled commuity (with all associated benifits) but things have gone a bit wrong!
