@SengledUSA your stupid sengled home app is NOT WORKING so we can't use the smart lights in our home. Logging into the sengled app or trying to reset the password gives an error of operation failed please try again. ITS BEEN GOING ON SINCE YESTERDAY. On android and IOS

@AmazonHelp is there a reason that you guys are continuing to sell & promote Sengled products when their system went under a wk ago, all of their users are left w/out control over their lights, nobody can log into the app & Sengled is saying nothing? All of my lights are useless.

So I currently have 48 Sengled bulbs (bought on Amazon specifically for Alexa) that I now use the light switch for and cannot control in any way. They are no longer a smart device and you're still selling them. Was say you @AmazonHelp ?

@AmazonHelp there isn’t just a problem with MY lights. It is a company wide problem. A company that your company is still promoting and selling. Sengled has gone radio silent while their products do no work anymore, and Amazon is promoting them. I’m gonna need more than a troubleshoot.

@SengledUSA is down again. I hope someone hits them with a class action suit so we can recoup the money we've spent on their bulbs. One of the homes I manage has 30 Sengled light bulbs that I'm going to have to replace with another brand. Can't even sign into their app anymore.

None of my @SengledUSA lights work via Sengled App nor with my Alexa… so is @amazon going to reimburse me since I bought them and now they’re useless orrrrr what….
