My beautiful Mum passed on the 7th March to liver failure age 60. Mum had type 2 diabetes & liver cirrhosis & didn't understand how her diet was killing her. Dietitians & her GP advised Optifast & said diet cordial & high carbs were ok. When will all the needless dying stop?💔😭

He even did a show in the UK & US showing how easy it was to cook real foods in schools, but most of the ladies didn't like the extra work it took to prepare the food. & the kids suffer with a potato gems as a vegetable portion 😤

Frequently:
any non-starchy vegetables

Fairly frequently:
low carb fruit ie cucumber, pepper, zucchini, olives, avocado, berries

Occasionally: nuts & cheese

Never: sugar, processed carbs, oils/fats
