This Kingston Black s.v. #cider, from Welsh Mountain Cider (@welsh_cider) was rather superb. Great depth of flavour, pronounced but not overly-harsh tannins, gorgeous aroma. Absolutely lovely.

It was a lovely afternoon for an orchard tour & cider tasting. We have some set dates, but can also arrange tours for groups of 4 or more anytime if we're around.
Even a small pond is great for wildlife. Among other critters at the Accidental Arts and Ecology Centre we have newts, frogs and toads as well as many invertebrates. Here's an exoskeleton left by a dragonfly larva as it transformed into a dragonfly .
