But the Conservatives will do nothing about leasehold. Nobody is buying leasehold. Please someone explain it to him like a five year old. If governments don’t abolish leasehold, the ‘free markets’ will. UK flats are absolute junk in build quality and tenure.

Far more interested in facilitating major developers to build non-affordable homes with limited infrastructure on outskirts of Diff.
