@UniversalThigh@TheBorisLab Same happened with SSRIs , the efficacy seems to have waned as time goes on and hype reduces, but the effect of better (less bias) studies over time and early cherry picking of positive studies needs to be considered in the mix and then it's effect on the population

Unless you're a dualist, mind & body are not separate, but we cannot make the jumps between the levels in the explanatory hierarchy
@trpwolff My feeling is that CBT may not be ideal for everyone but that some form of therapy is an essential part, though some people may not get into therapy without the psilocybin /mdma or other
