@GWRHelp Another excellent member of staff today on 13.15 from Paddington to Cardiff. Well done Train Manager Karl , working alone he not only did all the tickets & announcements in jolly fashion, he then came and did the 1st class trolley as was the only staff memeber ! 5* Karl.

@GWRHelp I want to praise an excellent ,helpful member of staff in the Accessibility team at London Paddington today. Hamza was superb, polite,courteous, and good humoured. He couldn't do enough to help my mum and I from taxi rank to lounge to seat on train. Excellent service.

Has anyone had this?I'm gutted and irritated.I had a 2020 booking with @TravelodgeUK for a room that had to be cancelled due to closures and lockdown.I wasnt refunded but given a credit voucher. I just discoverd it has expired! Its been a pandemic & travel hard, its my money!
