Ambient temperature matters a lot.
Using the heater matters a lot.
Speed matters a lot.
Travel to the country and you may have to go out of your way just to find a charging station..

Take it on the freeway in winter, you might get 220km, or 2-2.5hrs or driving.
That would then take about 45-60 to charge up again.

Around town is great, country driving is a nightmare..

@Peter_Fitz I have an MG4, and while they are great around town, if you want to travel anywhere at distance, then can be a nightmare.
Freeway driving costs you about 20% range, Winter driving costs you another 20%.
So a 350km range car can easily drop to closer to 240ish kms.. Not great.

If you have the ability to plug in and charge at home, they are good. Fast chargers are about $.70 a kWh, which is way too high..

I have an EV. Its great around town, but its a NIGHTMARE to travel into the country, sometimes having to go well out of your way just to find a charging station, hope it works, and then sit around for 30 minutes.
