I was proud to host Taiwanese Legislator Wang An-Hsiang and Deputy Director of Foreign Affairs Renno Liao at our historic state capitol.
Arizona's partnership with Taiwan runs deep. I was glad to discuss how we can strengthen that relationship and stand up for our shared democratic values.
I just had the pleasure of hosting Lin Ling Lee, esteemed community leaders, and a Taiwanese delegation at our Maricopa County offices. Taipei and Phoenix have been sister cities for 47 years, and our relationship has been a prosperous one. From introducing Phoenix youth to Taiwanese culture to TSMC establishing multiple facilities in the Valley, I am proud of this beautiful relationship. I look forward to what the future holds.
It was such a joy to celebrate the graduates of the 2026 Taipei Chinese Culture Summer Camp on Friday. The camp celebrated a special milestone, as this year marked its 30th anniversary of integrating cultural awareness and fun activities for young campers.
I was honored to join Councilwoman @DebraStarkPHX , @RepGregStanton , Lin Ling Lee and Wen Chyi Chi to celebrate 30 years of Taipei Chinese Culture Summer Camp of Arizona! Using dance, arts and sports, kids experience teamwork, develop friendships and gain global perspectives.
This week, I met with Taiwanese students and families to help welcome them to the community, discuss the close ties between America and Taiwan, and share how cultural exchanges like these through @PHXSisterCities make us stronger.
Thanks Wen Chyi Chiu and Lin Ling Lee for bringing us together!
Congratulations to the Taipei Chinese Culture Summer Camp of Arizona for celebrating 30 years!
What started as a way to build cultural bridges between Phoenix and Taiwan has grown into a partnership serving hundreds of kids each year.
Proud to help open the new 81 Asian Bistro in Chandler, where owner David Chiang is serving up authentic & delicious Taiwanese flavors.
For those in the know, the East Valley is a destination for Asian food in AZ — locally-owned, family-run businesses are at the heart of that.
What an exciting evening! We officially opened the Taiwan-US Smart Healthcare Exchange with a special welcome and Declaration of Collaboration at Venture Cafe Phoenix.
I discussed this partnership with Taiwanese business leaders during my visit in May and I want to thank them, along with @MayorGallego and @azcommerce for their commitment to global cooperation in driving healthcare forward.
As Co-Chair of the Taiwan Caucus and a member of @HouseForeign, I've watched our partnership with Taiwan grow stronger with time.
On Taiwan’s 114th National Day, let's celebrate their commitment to democracy and reaffirm our bipartisan support for the U.S.–Taiwan relationship.
I hope you’ll join me to celebrate Double Ten Day at @asuwestvalley!
This free, family-friendly event begins at 6pm and culminates with a fabulous drone light show at 8:45pm. @phoenixsistercities @PHXEconDev

TSMC was named one of the most influential companies in the world by @TIME!
Their historic $165B investment in Phoenix has meant more great jobs that you can raise a family on and opportunity for our community—and it all started with my trip to Taiwan.

I had the honor of welcoming six bio companies from Taiwan to pitch at @VentureCafePHX
My thanks to Taiwan National Development Council’s Startup Island TAIWAN and Taiwan Ministry of Economic Affair’s Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Industries Promotion Office for organizing the event. And to our longtime partner @PHXSisterCities

Congratulations to our @PHXSisterCities youth ambassador graduates! I had the pleasure of attending their ceremony and wishing them safe travels. Our seven students will represent Phoenix well in Ennis, Ireland, Grenoble, France, and Taipei, Taiwan!
