@British_Airways really frustrating that all of your comms ask customers to phone your call centre to discuss options, yet call centre aren't taking any calls? I've had a flight cancelled and need to discuss my options ASAP. What do you recommend? I've DM'd already.

@British_Airways How have the 200k callers been able to get through? I've been trying for 2 weeks via the only available customer services number, which leads to a pre-recorded message stating you're not taking calls then cuts off.

@British_Airways I'd like a refund for a cancelled flight. The customer services number I was advised to call leads to a recorded message and the call is subsequently terminated. I've emailed on 15 and 21 April, had no response. How is it possible to speak to someone please?

@mbna I tried to make a payment to my card this morning - I got as far at the verification screen which displayed an error message. I'd like to check whether it's gone through as I've not received any confirmation but the money has been taken from my account

@UNIQLO_UK I sent items back for a refund via a Hermes parcel shop on 17/12 and the status is still showing as ‘at depot’. Despite repeated attempts they won’t help and said I need to contact you. Really unhappy with the service overall. Emailed Uniqlo last week and no response.
