๐โโ๏ธHello - Iranian here.
For those fixated on 'legality' to excuse the regime in Iran - F*ck You.
No, I will not let you be my voice. You don't get to narrate my story, you don't get to claim moral superiority. You don't get to tell me my feelings are wrong.
Is it legal to throw women in prison for strands of hair? Is it legal to mass execute people? Is it legal to turn a fertile land into a parched desert? Is it legal to rape? Is it legal to shoot innocent people? Is it legal to kill children? Is it legal to torture people to death? Is it legal to spread terrorism? Is it legal to deprive people of a livelihood? Is it legal to shoot people in the eye to blind them? Is it legal to silence people and take away all of their human rights? Is it legal to shoot down a passenger plane? Is it legal to drive millions to leave their country? Is it legal to jail women for singing and dancing? Is it legal to disappear people including children?
You will never experience anything like Iranians have experienced for the last 47 years.
Iranians have fought barehanded and they've paid a price. All up to 1,000,000 (one million) Iranians have been murdered since the regime came to power.
Your books on 'civil disobedience' and 'collective protest' are useless against an armed opposition that is ideologically driven and will kill all that stand in its way.
You want legality? The world has a duty to protect innocent lives. It's enshrined in R2P. Some people seem to think Iranians aren't humans. The murder, genocide and massacre of Iranians receives scant media attention - hence scant sympathy.
Those who proclaim to care about 'human rights' must think Iranians are animals and not worthy. Their hatred of Israel and US is so great they've lost all perspective.
Yes, Iranians are happy. They're happy someone took out Ali Khamenei and many others directly responsible for so much pain and agony.
And you know what? We're unashamedly hopeful that with the help of the world's superpower, we can reclaim our country and build a better tomorrow.
We know there's a long way to go, but give us this brief moment of reprieve, because daily we sit and try to tell the story of the lives lost, those at risk of execution, those under torture. We've seen the pictures and videos of massacres taking place.
Our dance and happiness comes with a heavy weight. We do so, in knowledge of the many who never lived to see this day.
The day of freedom will come to Iran, it's glorious - and we're not sorry if some outside help contributed to making that happen.
So don't speak on my behalf and stop excusing this regime on grounds of 'anti-colonialism'. and 'anti-Zionism'.

Celebrities acting like average Joes, a wholesome thread ๐งต
1. The fact that a random couple ran into Keanu Reeves in a hotel lobby, invited him to their wedding, and he put on a suit and joined is proof he really is The One.
'Trans women' are male.
If they weren't male they wouldn't be 'trans'.
Prejudice is an irrational fear or dislike.
It is entirely rational to state that a man is a man.
Only totalitarians and religious zealots insist that others parrot falsehoods on pain of retribution.
OK, here are some hard truths that I would not be able to say on any other platform without getting banned, but thankfully, thanks to @ElonMusk, I can say here:
1- According to all available data, 10% to 15% of the 1.8 billion Muslims in the world are radicalized. Thatโs hundreds of millions of people. So to call the fear of Islam, Islamophobia, when phobia is an irrational fear of something, is ridiculous. When every single terrorist attack committed by a Muslim is accompanied by a yell of Allah Akbar, the fear of Islam is very rational.
2- There was never an Arab Palestinian state, and Palestine was Israel. The word Palestinian was then hijacked (Yea, I carefully chose that word.) by Yasser Arafat and applied to the Arabs who came from Jordan and Egypt. There was never an Arab Palestinian country or an Arab Palestinian nation.
3- Those people who call themselves Palestinians never wanted a state of their own, and they say that clearly in their charter and every chance they get since then. They want no Israel, they want dead Jews. They never wanted a state.
4- Arab terror against Jews us has zero to do with any fake occupation or oppression, and proof of that is that it existed well before the state of Israel even existed. If you donโt believe me, google the Hebron massacre of 1929.
5- The PLO, Palestinian liberation organization was founded by Yasser Arafat, a terrorist, in 1964. What exactly was he liberating if there was no โoccupationโ then? The answer? All of Israel.
6- Differentiating between Gazans and Hamas is at best inaccurate, at worst dishonest. The Gazans elected Hamas, and a vast majority of them support October 7. At the very least, they are comparable to the Germans in Nazi Germany, and should be treated as such. No one debated the legitimacy of World War II by saying that there were innocent Germans in Germany. Evil needs to be uprooted completely and totally with no mercy.
7- Abbas, the head of the Palestinian national authority is not a moderate. He wrote extensively denying the holocaust, he pays terrorists to kill Jews, including the terrorist who murdered my brother, and any chance to paint him as a moderate is dangerous and simply false. There is no fundamental difference between Fatah and Hamas.
8- If there is any hunger in Gaza, Israel is 0% accountable for that, as they have sent in tons and tons of aid since October 7th, something no other country would do, but all that aid is stolen by Hamas. This is well documented, and anyone who disagrees with this fact is simply lying.
9- Radical Islam is a global plague that the woke West refuses to see or admit, out of fear of being labeled an Islamophobe. But they will learn when it comes knocking on their door.
10- Tragically, it is not safe to assume that all children in Gaza are innocent. Children are taught from age zero that murdering a Jew is the highest accomplishment in life, and so often times, Arab terror (including the murderer of my brother), is carried out by children. The same goes for women and โjournalistsโ in Gaza.
11- If any other country had experienced what Israel experienced on October 7th, the perpetrators of that attack and their entire country would be flattened and obliterated completely and instantly.
12- There is a long list of apartheid states in the middle east, but Israel is not part of that list. Israel is the farthest thing from apartheid and only an antisemite would disagree.
13- Not only has there never been an Arab Palestinian state, but hereโs a secret, there never will be one either.
14- The United Nations, as well as some of its organizations, like UNRWA, are 100% complicit in Palestinian terror, and there is hard evidence to that effect.
15- The contribution of the United Nations to the global community started in 1948 and ended in 1948 when the state of Israel was established. Since then, the UN has been nothing but a rotten to the core organization soaked in antisemitism. It needs to be defunded and shut down yesterday.
16- You cannot be anti-Zionist without being anti-Jewish, a.k.a. anti-Semitic.
17- Arab terror across the Middle East is funded by the same countries that fund the encampments across academic institutions in America: Iran and Qatar.
18: The mass protests across the west calling for intifada were well organized before October 7th, as well as funded and coordinated by radical Islamic regimes in Iran and Qatar. If you disagree, kindly explain to me how they started before Israel even fired a single bullet or fired up a single fighter jet after October 7th.
19- Anyone calling to globalize the intifada or chanting from the river to the sea is directly calling for violence and the genocide of the Jewish people. Every single one of them should therefore be held accountable and put behind bars. The sooner, the better.
20- If the state of Israel was not so concerned with its image, it would not send in an ounce of foreign aid, would not treat terrorists in its hospitals, and it would bomb Gaza from the air, thereby sparing the lives of our sons and daughters who lost their lives going in on foot in order to minimize deaths in Gaza. No other country in the history of the world behaved that way or would behave that way in an existential war. That is not morality, quite the contrary.
21- What is happening in Gaza is nothing even remotely comparable to a genocide. Anyone claiming otherwise is quoting the Gaza health ministry, which is run by Hamas, an organization of terrorists, murderers, rapists, and pedophiles. Israel has not released the real numbers and wonโt until after the war (just like in any war ever.). If youโre accusing Israel of genocide, you are actively supporting the propaganda machine of Hamas.
Should I continue?

Thank you for your service, @guntotinchick. Totally agree with you & @PeteHegseth. We women may be tough & capable of combat, but weโre better at supporting roles so the men donโt have to worry about us, too. Doesnโt make us less.
#NoWomenInCombat#USMilitary
Theyโre attacking Pete Hegseth for saying women shouldnโt be in combat with men. As a woman who has a combat action ribbon & was in Fallujah, Iraq, when we attacked Fallujah in 2004, I couldnโt agree more with Pete. I did masonry & carpentry & was one of only two women who did my job. I could physically see how different the men were when me & my best girl friend joined them outside the wire to do our jobs. Iโm very proud of my service but Iโm not proud that my presence made the men I loved dearly not mission ready because they were worried about keeping me safe instead of being focused on the mission. Women donโt belong in combat with men & I experienced it firsthand. Let the hate flow now.

Woke Entitlement vs. the American Dream: Why We Must Close the Border and Exercise Our Rights
America has always been a land of opportunity, drawing immigrants seeking a better life through hard work and determination. Historically, immigrants have come to the United States with dreams of freedom and prosperity, embracing the nation's values and contributing to its growth. However, today's immigration landscape has shifted, with some newcomers adopting a mentality of entitlement influenced by woke ideologies.
This shift has significant implications for American society. The sense of entitlement among some immigrants undermines the foundational principles of self-reliance and personal responsibility that have long defined the American Dream. Instead of integrating and contributing positively to the nation, this mentality fosters division and places undue strain on public resources.
America has the right and responsibility to control its borders and determine who enters the country. This is essential for maintaining national security, economic stability, and social cohesion. Open borders and unchecked immigration threaten these core aspects of American society. The influx of individuals without proper vetting can lead to increased crime, job displacement for American workers, and a burden on social services.
Closing the border and implementing strict immigration policies are necessary steps to preserve the nation's integrity. This approach ensures that those who enter the country are committed to upholding American values and contributing positively to society. By exercising our right to control immigration, we can protect the American Dream for future generations and maintain the nation's security and prosperity.
Moreover, it's crucial to address the broader ideological issues at play. The rise of woke ideologies and their influence on immigration policy reflects a deeper cultural divide. These ideologies often promote victimhood and entitlement, undermining the principles of meritocracy and individual responsibility that are the bedrock of American society.
In conclusion, the need to close the border and exercise our rights is not just a matter of policy but a defense of the values that make America great. By taking a firm stand on immigration, we can ensure that the American Dream remains achievable for those who seek it and are willing to work hard for it. This approach will help maintain the nation's unity, security, and prosperity in the face of growing ideological and demographic challenges.
