The grand jury is a tool of investigation that belongs ONLY to People.

Government has no authority over it; a judge’s participation in the grand jury is a constitutive one and issuing subpoenas/warrants based on the grand jury’s work.

That’s it.

Today, govt blocks bc they fear the People learning their power.
