@esasich @LEGO_Group Exactly. If I knew the confirmation wasn’t trustworthy, I would have tried ordering from Amazon at the same time. Brick link (which Lego owns) has multiple folks selling with 10-15 copies each. The system benefitted scalpers over legitimate buyers.

Very disappointed with @LEGO_Group Ordered the Nebulon B Frigate set and got confirmation email. Notified today they cancelled my order due to it being sold out. Scalpers are selling for almost 3x the price and folks were able to order 3 at a time. I ordered 1. Bad form, Lego

It continues to blow my mind that "it's just a few bad apples" is being used as an excuse to do nothing, when the proverb is literally "a few bad apples SPOILS THE BUNCH". The moral lesson is not about the existence of bad apples, but that failure to remove them SPOILS THE BUNCH.
