Not only are y'all refusing to issue a credit, but now I'm being told that the issue doesn't exist and that I'm trying to "customize my settings." NO I'm trying to fix YOUR dns drops & I have to spend $300 on equipment to do it, per YOUR techs

So, @Suddenlink @SuddenlinkHelp @optimum I pay over $100/mo to have 1g internet service that I can't use, and can't work due to that. YOUR dns servers constantly drop. The only way to resolve that is by changing the DNS IP on my router, which I'm told I can't do on yall's (cont)

Wow, my flight has been delayed, I’m not going to arrive in time to catch my bus, which means paying nearly $200 for a hotel to wait for the bus the next day or a taxi to my final destination, and I have been told by @FlyFrontier that I will not be compensated for this in any way
