The summary section is where the most important nutrients to watch out for is listed.- green means you're meeting the daily requirement. - red means you're either deficient (down arrow), or over-consuming (up arrow). - black means neutral.

New feature: Nutrient estimator for recipes v1. Basically just adding up the nutrients available on each ingredient (serving size can be adjusted accordingly). The number of servings can also be adjusted. The estimated nutrient info is then presented per serving. #juanutrisyon

My ultimate goal is to have every karinderia, restaurant, bakery, and other food places have a corresponding juan nutrisyon page for each food on their menu. And inspire a new generation of Filipino that's mindful about the food they eat.
