@kelseyhightower @iMilnb @jeremy_daly Agreed. In my experience as a Sr SWE, it's absolutely required to spend time gathering requirements and outlining the proposed architecture into a Design Doc. Even when it IS time to code, do the proper scaffolding 1st, think about the test plan, deployment/CI-CD, etc. THEN code!
