Aged in bourbon casks from Heaven Hill, Kentucky, our very special imperial brown ale is then re-fermented with the finest Canadian maple syrup.

Always fun when project involves beer. Barrel Project 19.11, Dark Barley Wine aged on Knockando Malt Barrels 10% from @KeesBubberman A barley wine with sweet malt aromas and notes of brown sugar, candies fruit and apple. Full bodied with flavours of malt and caramel.

Was only a matter of time till we got something experimental from downunder that was as well. From @lasirenebrewing we have their Reserve Saison 2016 7%. A blend of their Classic Saison vintages barrel aged. Result is a sour yet dry yeasty bubbly wild saison. Cheers!
