Such an obvious, progressive policy position would immediately threaten all tollways projects & make all public transport projects 1st order priorities. It would mean funding boost for all street, pedestrian & cycling plans.

@inmybackyardpls @davesattout @GladysB Urban motorways are an inferior solution to the transport problem than public transport. The only reason so many people use the motorways is because PT has been deliberately left inadequate. The toll road profiteers in effect force us.
