If you see this & have every owned an LG OLED & you suffered bad burn in, due to LG updates resetting/changing your refresh rate (burn in prevention setting) from high to low, without any notification or knowledge about it. Comment here, let’s see how many of our TVs LG’s damaged

@tomwarren To think the amount of TVs that suffered burn in due to their updates automatically changing settings in the background without any prompt/warning. My Oled suffered burn in a year in because their updates changed the refresh rate burn in prevention setting from high to low

I’ve always treated mine like gold & been very conscious about preventing burn in, it happened just over a year into me buying it (took ages to save up for it). Scared to get another oled in the future now

@StonedModder @GamersNexus I’ve been gaslit last 4 1/2 years by LG. My oled TV would change the refresh rate setting (prevent burn in) from high-low w/o me changing it, happened everytime tv updated. They changed setting in background w/o me knowing, very bad burn in, no help from LG, my fault apparently…

I have no problem with hydration breaks. It benefits players and advertisers. Win/win. Yes, it changes how you play/coach/watch, but so did substitutions, 3 pts for win, VAR, etc. Evolve and adapt. There will be a generation whose version of the beautiful game includes quarters.
