@beaconhotelwdc The lobby is torn up under construction — zero mention of that at booking. AC is broken in all rooms he said, booking app & hotelsays no refund, too late to rebook. Now we’re sweating for 3 days. Fridge in the room AND hotel ice machine are broken. Absolute ripoff

@Fedex_steals Yes they do! I traded in my Fold 4 to Samsung, I took it my local Fedex office and even took pictures of the process and the weight. However when the package arrived at Samsung the box was opened and the Fold 4 had been stolen. FedEX refused to cover it. Thieves!

I had a former membership I remembered, and the mgr said they would automatically combine, but I received a call from the Area Manager saying I violated policy. Idiots!
