@easyJet There’s an extremely rude Easyjet employee at the Gatwick airport. It was north terminal 107 for the 14:30 flight to Portugal, a bald man with a horrible temper that got loud with me because I questioned the boarding time verses take off time. Is this normal?

@vueling your check-in couldn’t check our passports I guess because we’re American. Sent us all over Orly airport. Then another check-in WAS able to check us in, BUT it was then too late to check our bags. We had to buy new flights, hotel, and Uber. How do we get compensation?
