@NorthantsPolice @northants_SRT The speed at which the Landrover was coming towards the cyclists on this narrow road left them only one recourse: slow down themselves. This caused the cyclist to lose her balance. If the car had slowed down, bike and car could have passed each other in a controlled way.

@SurreyPolice To those fearing lots of accidents: in the Netherlands, where I’m from, all these rules have been in force at least since the 1980s. Our statistics are not worse than those in the UK. (Or are you not worried about accs but about having to wait a bit?)

@Suuz_ Hoi, nee vrij/wildkamperen, zeker met busje, mag eigenlijk nergens. In veel landen zijn wel speciale camperplekken maar dat zijn vaak gewoon P-plaatsen. Met kinderen vind ik een bijzondere/boeren/natuurcamping toch t leukst!
