An agent could already plan a job and call any API in it. What it couldn't do was open an account or make a payment, so a human had to step in every time.

Apify closed that gap. The agent hits a tool, gets an HTTP 402, its wallet pays in USDC on Base, and the tool runs on its own. No account, no API key, nobody approving the charge.
