@DesignsHeroic@AlanBiggs1 Exactly. Load of sycophantic nonsense. Windass had no intention of being here this season. I don't doubt he gave 100% but he's been set on leaving for a while, this was an easy out for him. Don't blame Smith so much. Either way, the owner has ballsed it up again, no debate there.
@AlanBiggs1 The players have watched their manager hawk himself around all summer and then effectively go on strike. While they return on time, despite not getting paid and, by all accounts, run pre season off their own back. Suspect he's got work to do if he wants to regain their respect.
@domhowson We're really in a catch 22 with Rohl. He won't stay around forever but this club really needs a few years of stability and to actually work on becoming sustainable by selling before buying. Throwing more money we don't have at a promotion punt would be foolish.

@TheAthleticFC He can afford to try one of his other options in this game but is so dull and predictable this is all he can come up with. What happens if he gets booked and suspended for the next game? Back to Trent no doubt.
@YesWeCrann@TomMolloy92 Maybe but he's 30 year old, wanting his last big contract and will have little to no sell on value. He started less than half the games last season. It's a blow but we shouldn't just panic and fork out on big contracts. Find younger players with more potential, even if they cost.
@DesignsHeroic@AlanBiggs1@lecrin I don't get the fuss with Rosenior. He was backed massively by the chairman and failed to get top 6. He gave him some of the best attacking options in the league, he's got every right to expect exciting, winning football.
@alex_crook@talkSPORT In summary, the commission thinks football clubs should worry more about an arbitrary loss number than points on the table or doing the most financially beneficial deals for their club. Sell your best players and sell em cheap. Very sustainable.
@YesWeCrann If we don't sell him then it's just another example of the poor decision making that's put us in the mess we're in. Time to start selling players for a profit, like any other sensible club. Use the money for a striker and replace him with a loan.
