I’m incredibly happy to share that I just crossed $400K on Upwork.

On January 27th I hit $200K.
Then July 7th brought me to $300K.
And today, November 11th, I reached $400K.

But what makes this even more meaningful is that I now have several strong clients outside #Upwork, and for the first time, I feel genuinely confident I’ll cross $500K in total revenue by the end of the year.

The acceleration between milestones keeps getting faster, and it’s not about working harder, it’s about specialization.

I stopped competing on price, doubled down on HR Tech and Operations, and built systems that make recurring clients easier to serve.

Each $100K came faster than the last because I focused on solving complex problems really well
