Exciting updates in the near future that we are currently working on include algorithms for better AFM height image deconvolution, integration with cryo-EM maps, and multimodal mapping.

This is an open-source software tool for 3D contact point reconstruction AFM that enables 3D structural reconstruction of individual helical filaments.
It allows reconstruction of one 3D model from one single observation of one individual filament, and this is useful for example for the analysis of amyloid polymorph distributions and rare species. Try it out here: https://t.co/dAksoO1Mw0.
Also proud to share the individual filament structural reconstruction tools that enabled analysis of polymorph distributions and rare spacies https://t.co/dAksoO1Mw0 https://t.co/kH5wjDktw2 #bioRxiv#biorxiv_biophys! ๐ #AFM + #cryoEM integration ๐ฌ๐ก๐ก๐ก

Fantastic research away day with the @SerpellLab last week, was great to meet and chat about exciting new developments in the amyloid research field after an inspirational FASEB #pacsrc. Thank you @Serpell1! ๐ก๐ก๐ก
So proud to hear that Liam won a poster prize at this weeks FASEB meeting on proton aggregation in Dublin for his super exciting data on amyloid fuzzy coats. Well done Liam!!
#ProAgg22 kicked off at this afternoon. Switch Lab PIs Frederic Rousseau and Joost Schymkowitz welcomed the delegates and we had an afternoon of amazing talks. #proteinaggregation is buzzing in Leuven today!
