Subject: Insane quota consumption - $100 Pro plan quota gone in 2 hours

I just resubscribed to the $100 Pro plan. However, after the quota reset, it only lasted me for two hours!

In those two hours, I only did two things:

1. Reviewed and modified an overall plan.
2. Tried to upgrade DSH (and this task wasn't even completed yet).

And just like that, my entire quota is completely gone again. Is OpenAI out of its mind? This is absolutely insane and completely unacceptable. Please investigate this immediately and restore my quota.
